The Activity of Our Limbs

I just wanted to share this video with everyone theat reads this blog. I was so inspired as I watched these youth workout with Trevor Pace, CEO/founder and head trainer of Bodiglyphix, Inc. With the help of Trevor Pace, I have been able to lose 31 lbs (so far) on my journey to better health.

So as you watch the video below of these young people, some of whom are just beginning, with Trevor Pace, their own journey to better health, hopefully you to will be inspired to call on Trevor Pace of Bodiglyphix. Cell: 404.429.6685, Office: 770.474.0677, Email: trevor@bodiglyphix, or website: http://www.bodiglyphix.com/ .

Remember, you may find a health consultant and fitness trainer just as good, but none any better than Trevor Pace.

I leave with my own prayer of thanksgiving:

I thank thee, Lord, for sparing me to see a brand new morning, for clothing me in my right mind, for blood running warm in my veins, for a reasonable portion of health and strength, and for the activity of my limbs.

Amen

No you didn't use this page to advertise. No comment. By reading this page I understand Trevor is a good trainer but what do that have to do with this blog. The kids are wonderful but is this an advertising blog. Trevor Pace is a good instructor ok.

No I didn't use this page to advertise. And you are correct the kids are wonderful. Yes Trevor Pace is a great instructor. But the question that I have for you is; Why the resentment in your comment? This is my blog. I have the right to share my thoughts just as you do. I am not anonymous; though this is also your right.

So many people have achieved success in various ventures; like losing weight, while others are still struggling. It's time we shared. Call it advertising. Call it whatever you want. I still call it sharing.

And thank you for sharing your view.
