To Those that I Minister

As a pastor I often come in contact with religious groups and various ministries in which the leaders respond increasingly ineffectively to the growth of the congregation due to lack of training, sensitivity, tolerance.
Through the help of the good Lord, in my own ministry, I was given both the grace and the space of time to reflect on my own spirituality and growing sense of self, and to integrate this with my understanding and practice of ministry. Now that I am gaining a better understanding of myself, I am able to connect more fully to those that I minister.
