Are We Surviving?

This is a repeated blog. I hope all will understand.

I listened to a new Kirk Franklin song the other day. The song was about how we survive tragedy and crisis. It was a beautiful song; however, the one word that stuck in my mind was ‘surviving’. The million dollar question of the day is simply, “Are we in fact surviving or do some of us merely exist after disastrous events in our lives? After all surviving insinuates a continued struggle. Existence suggests involuntary continued living which does not require decision or mental awareness.
